Pricing questions
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every new workspace gets 14 days free, starting the day you sign up.
What happens when the trial ends?
If there's a card on file by then, your subscription starts on the plan you picked and the first month is charged. You can change plan or cancel from the Billing page whenever you like.
What counts towards the monthly post allowance?
Every post Venuesmith makes for you, across all your locations, whether you end up publishing it or not. Posts in a content plan count too. The count starts again on the first of each month.
Can I change plan or cancel?
Yes, any time. The workspace owner can switch between Starter, Pro and Agency, update the card or cancel from the Billing page. After you cancel we keep your workspace data for up to 90 days, then delete it.
Which currencies can I pay in?
Pounds, euros, US dollars, Australian dollars, New Zealand dollars and Canadian dollars. We pick one from your browser settings and you can switch it above the plans. You're billed monthly in advance through Stripe, in the currency shown when you subscribe.
Which plan do I need?
Starter covers one venue. Pro covers up to five locations, which suits a small group, and Agency goes up to 50 for bigger groups and for agencies running venues for their clients.
Will the price go up?
If we change our prices you'll get at least 30 days' notice before it affects an active subscription.
