Social media for cafes and coffee shops, planned and posted for you
Tell Venuesmith what's coming up at the cafe (this month's guest beans, the autumn bakes, Saturday brunch, the Christmas opening hours) and it plans weeks of Instagram and Facebook posts around it. Each one is written in your voice, laid out on your branding and booked in for a good time of day, and you approve the whole plan in one go.
Instagram and Facebook. Nothing goes out until you approve it.
One sentence plans the next six weeks
Type what's coming up the way you'd say it to your team. Venuesmith turns it into a plan of posts you can read through and edit before anything is made.
“Guest beans each month, Saturday brunch, pumpkin bakes in October and the Christmas opening hours”

Built for how a cafe actually runs
Your bakes and your prices
Add your menu once and posts quote the bakes, brunch dishes and prices you actually serve.
Weather-aware posts
Drafts can check the local forecast, so a wet Saturday can be a soup and a sofa and a sunny one can push the iced coffee.
Hours that change
UK bank holidays are worked into the plan, and events like supper clubs or a latte art night come from your events list.
Sounds like you
Set your tone, emoji rules, hashtag style and the words you'd never use. A separate check reads every draft against them and rewrites anything that drifts off.
What the posts look like
Two examples for a made-up cafe. Yours use your own photos, layouts, logo and colours.
littleembercoffee This month's guest beans are a washed Ethiopian. Bright, juicy and very good as a flat white, and they're on until the bag runs out.
littleembercoffee Saturday brunch, 9 till 2. Shakshuka, sourdough with whatever's good from the market, and coffee made properly. No bookings, just come down.

Questions cafe owners ask
We're a small cafe with one person doing everything. Is it worth it?
Starter covers one location with up to 60 posts a month and two team members, with a 14-day free trial. One sentence plans up to six weeks of posts, so the weekly job becomes checking the plan and approving it.
Can I change when posts go out?
Yes. Each post is booked in for a time worked out from how your past posts did, and you can move any post before you approve the plan, so an early-morning crowd can get its posts early.
Does it post to Facebook as well as Instagram?
Yes. Venuesmith publishes to Instagram and Facebook today, with each post formatted for the platform it goes to. Stories, email, WhatsApp and SMS are on the roadmap, so they aren't available yet.
Will anything go out without me seeing it?
No. Every post waits in your queue until you approve it. You can approve a whole plan in one go, or open any post and change the caption, the photo or the time first.
