Drafts & captions
Every post starts life as a draft. Drafts hold the caption, hashtags, alt text and rendered image.
Creating a draft
Go to New draft and type one line describing what you want, for example:
Quiz night Thursday 8pm, free entry, prizes for the top 3 teamsThe agent will:
- Write a caption in your location's brand voice
- Pick the least-recently-used matching photo from your library
- Render a branded 1080×1080 post image
- Suggest hashtags and alt text
The draft editor
Open any draft to edit it. Key areas:
- Caption tab - edit the text directly, or use Regenerate for a fresh AI take
- Alt text tab - screen-reader description, also good for SEO
- Schedule tab - pick a date/time or use a quick preset (Tonight 7pm, Sat 11am…)
The More menu
The More button holds secondary actions:
| Action | What it does |
|---|---|
| Download image | Saves the rendered PNG with a sensible filename |
| Re-render image | Re-runs the renderer after caption/field changes |
| Create A/B variant | Clones the draft with an AI-rewritten caption for split testing - see A/B testing |
| Clone draft | Plain duplicate (new id, no schedule) |
| Delete | Permanent removal |
