Photos & asset library
The photo library lives at Locations → your location → Photos. The agent uses these images as post backgrounds, picking the best match for each topic.
How selection works
Every photo tracks:
- AI tags & description - Claude vision tags each upload (e.g.
beer-garden,sunny,crowd) so the right shot matches the right post - Use count - incremented each time a photo appears in a post
- Last used - when it last appeared
The agent always prefers the least-used matching photo, so your grid never repeats the same shot until the whole pool has cycled.
Uploading directly
Pick a category (atmosphere, food, drink, venue, event, staff, other), then choose files. JPEG, PNG and WebP up to 10MB each.
Importing from Dropbox or Google Drive
Below the upload control there's an Import from Dropbox or Google Drive box. Paste a shared link and hit Import. Full step-by-step setup guides: Linking Dropbox and Linking Google Drive.
Dropbox
- In Dropbox, right-click the folder (or file) → Share → Copy link
- Paste the link (looks like
https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fo/...) - All images in the folder are pulled in (up to 50 per import)
Google Drive
- Single file: right-click the image → Share → set to Anyone with the link → copy link → paste
- Whole folder: share the folder as Anyone with the link and paste the folder URL. Folder listing requires a
GOOGLE_API_KEYon the server - if you see a message about this, ask your admin or paste individual file links instead.
TIP
Imported photos go through exactly the same pipeline as direct uploads: AI tagging + usage tracking. Drop a folder of 30 venue shots in once and the agent will rotate through them automatically.
Managing photos
On each photo card you can:
- Add/remove tags manually to steer selection
- Re-tag to re-run the AI tagger
- Delete to remove it from rotation
- See the used Nx badge showing how often it has appeared
