My download saved as image.json instead of a picture. Fixed in the current version - re-try the Download image button. If it persists, hard-refresh the page (⌘⇧R).

The image looks wrong / text is cut off. Open the draft and hit More → Re-render image. If a specific template keeps misbehaving, report it with the draft link.

Can I post without connecting Instagram? Yes - use Download image plus the caption from the draft, and post manually. The manual upload pack on each draft bundles everything.

Instagram

My venue's Instagram account isn't listed when I connect. It has to be linked to a Facebook Page that your Facebook login manages, and that Page has to be shared with Venuesmith. Connecting Instagram covers both, including creating the Page if the venue doesn't have one.

Instagram keeps logging in as the wrong account when I link it to the Page. Instagram remembers the last account used in your browser. Start again in a private or incognito window so it asks you to log in and choose the profile. The steps are under Connecting Instagram.

Scheduling

My scheduled post didn't go out. Check the draft status. If it's failed, the error is shown on the draft (usually an expired Instagram token - reconnect and retry). If it's still scheduled with a past time, the background worker may be catching up; it runs every minute.

Can I schedule a month at once? Yes. There's no limit beyond your plan's monthly draft quota. The World Cup seeder is an example of 30+ posts scheduled in one go.

Photos

The same photo keeps appearing. The agent picks least-used first, so this only happens when the pool is small. Add more photos (or import a Dropbox/Drive folder) and the rotation spreads out.

Google Drive folder import says it needs an API key. Folder listing uses the Google Drive API which needs a server-side GOOGLE_API_KEY. Single-file Drive links work without it. Ask your admin to add the key, or share files individually.

Email

Email campaigns aren't available yet. These answers are for when they launch.

My CaptiFi sites aren't showing. Email → Sites → Sync from CaptiFi. If the list is still empty, the CaptiFi API token in workspace settings may be missing or expired.

Mailchimp connect says verification failed. Double-check the API key (it must include the -usXX suffix) and that the key hasn't been revoked in Mailchimp. The connect call does a live ping before saving.

A/B testing

No winner is being declared. A winner needs insight data for both variants - typically 24-48h after the second variant publishes, and only if the Instagram connection is healthy.
