The Schedule page shows your publishing calendar - a week view with a month calendar alongside.

Scheduling a draft

From any draft, open the Schedule tab:

• Use a quick preset (Tonight 7pm, Tomorrow 11am, Sat 11am…) or pick an exact date/time
• Click Schedule - the draft moves to scheduled status

How publishing works

A background publisher runs every minute. When a scheduled time passes:

1. The draft is claimed atomically (no double publishing)
2. The image and caption publish to Instagram via the Meta Graph API (plus any cross-post channels: Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Google Business Profile)
3. Transient failures retry up to 3 times automatically
4. The post mirrors into your history for the agent's "past posts" awareness

Reading the schedule page

• KPI pills - scheduled / published / locations counts for the visible week
• Week strip - today is highlighted; click any item to open the draft
• Month calendar - jump between weeks; days with posts are marked

Tips

Best posting times

Late morning (10:30-12:00) works well for "tonight at the pub" posts - early enough for lunch planners, fresh in the feed by evening. For match-day posts, schedule 2-3 hours before kickoff.

Failed posts

A post that fails after all retries shows as failed with the error message in the draft. Common cause: expired Instagram token - reconnect under Locations → Instagram, then hit Try again on the draft.
