Locations & brand voice

A location is a venue: name, address, colours, logo, brand voice, photo album, and channel connections. Every draft belongs to a location.

Adding a location

Locations → Add location. Set the name, city and slug. Then work through the tabs:

Upload your venue logo (square works best - it appears on every rendered post) and set primary/accent colours used across the post templates.

Brand voice

This is the most important setting. Write a paragraph describing how your venue talks, e.g.:

Warm, casual, a bit of swagger. Football and frosty pints. 1-2 emojis max, light exclamation marks, never corporate. End every caption with "Ye Shakespeare - 78 Victoria Street, Bristol".

You can also set banned words the agent must never use.

Photos

Your image pool - see Photos & asset library.

Fixtures

Subscribe to teams/competitions and the agent auto-drafts match-day posts.

Weekly report

Email a performance summary to your team every week.

Instagram

Connect the Instagram Business account for publishing - see Connecting Instagram.

Multiple locations

The location switcher in the sidebar swaps the whole app context - drafts, schedule, photos and insights all filter to the active location. Run as many venues as your plan allows.

Venuesmith. Automate your venue's posts.
