Email campaigns (CaptiFi)

Email campaigns aren't available in Venuesmith yet. Today Venuesmith publishes to Instagram and Facebook. This page describes how email will work when it launches.

Venuesmith will send marketing email to the guest lists you've built through CaptiFi guest WiFi.

Setup

1. Email → Sites → Sync from CaptiFi - imports your CaptiFi venues and their subscriber counts
2. Each CaptiFi site links to a Venuesmith location so campaigns target the right audience

Templates

Email → Templates holds reusable designs. Create one manually or let the agent draft it (every draft with the email channel generates a matching email automatically). Test-send any template to yourself before using it in a campaign.

Campaigns

Email → Campaigns → New campaign:

1. Pick the template (or write fresh subject + HTML)
2. Choose the CaptiFi site(s) / audience
3. Schedule or send immediately

The recipient list and delivery run inside CaptiFi; Venuesmith mirrors back recipient, open and click counts so you can see performance without leaving the app.

Statuses

draft → queued → sending → sent (or failed / cancelled)

A queued campaign can be cancelled until it starts sending.
